Our sweet spot is 4.5 and above, however, if you score highly on all other criteria we are happy to consider brands with 4.0 as a minimum rating

We require a minimum Account Health Rating of “Good” on Amazon. Anything lower than this carries too much risk for us
Brand registry
Brand registry 2.0 across all selling markets
We require at least one trademark for your brand in a country where you operate
SKU count
5 SKUs as parent listings
If you have more than 10 SKUs (parent listings), you are probably outside our preference. We do not mind lots more variations of a product and we do not mind more SKUs if the supply chain is not overly complex
Low seasonality
Quite a few really attractive products have high seasonality, however, our sweet spot is to sell consistently well across the year
Sales price
Hero products should be selling between £18-£50+
We prefer a higher average order value as it allows us more room to scale it with different marketing channels. Our sweet spot is between £18-£50
High margins
Healthy and sustainable (20-30%)
We are looking for a minimum of 15% profit margin, with our sweet spot being around 20-30%

Upon acceptance of the offer we create and execute all documents. Typically it takes 2 weeks to close the transaction and for you to get paid. Transition of accounts and all assets depends upon complexity of business
